Studio PART was asked to create a design using the recently uprooted royal chestnuts of the Royal Park Brussels.

These wild Brusselers already have quite a life behind them with the scars of 2 world wars carved into their annual rings. The challenge for the studio lay precisely in transforming this whimsicality into a unique beauty.

Inspired by the park's classic entrance gates.
