Starting from the UNchain project out of a curiosity for the material circular matters, we designed emergency lighting for Belgian lighting company ETAP.

As a design studio, PART tries to create a certain emotional atmosphere, with the aim of putting emergency lighting on the same level as a piece-unique. With the same craft vision and the same emotional value.

From a shared love of artisanal woodworking and playing with ETAP's design language, we arrived at a round gouge texture. This emphasizes the honesty of the material by showing it to its core and outlines a visual tactility.

A sustainable future cannot exist without a craftsman's sense of responsibility.
